Porsche has officially unveiled the all-electric Cayenne Coupe, and it is a technical masterpiece. Building on the success of the traditional Cayenne — which saw the Coupe variant account for 40% of US sales last year — the Electric Porsche Cayenne 2026 is set to dominate the luxury EV market.
Design: Aerodynamics Meet 911 Heritage
The new model retains Porsche’s signature “flyline” sloping roofline but adds a modern edge.
-
Drag Coefficient: A sleek 0.23, making it one of the most aerodynamic SUVs in its class.
-
Practicality: Despite the sportier look, it maintains a massive towing capacity of 7,716 lbs (3.5 tonnes) and includes a front luggage compartment (frunk).
Performance: Three Levels of Power
All variants run on a cutting-edge 800-volt powertrain, ensuring consistent performance even under heavy load.
| Trim | Power (Overboost) | 0-60 mph | Top Speed |
| Base Coupe | 435 hp | 4.5 s | 143 mph |
| S Coupe | 657 hp | 3.6 s | 155 mph |
| Turbo Coupe | 1,139 hp | 2.4 s | 162 mph |
The Turbo variant is now the most powerful production Porsche ever, even eclipsing the Taycan Turbo GT in raw horsepower.
Charging: The 16-Minute Rule
Equipped with a 113 kWh battery, the Electric Porsche Cayenne 2026 utilizes 400 kW DC fast charging.
-
10% to 80%: Under 16 minutes.
-
Connectivity: It features a dual-port setup (NACS on one side, J1772 on the other) and supports wireless inductive charging as an optional extra.

Deliveries are scheduled to begin at the end of summer 2026.
-

-

Porsche isn’t killing the gas models yet — the EV will sit alongside the combustion and hybrid variants, giving buyers the ultimate choice in the lineup.
